1. Download the app via App Store Store or Google Play Store

2. Turn ON the Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.

3. Turn on the health monitor, log in to the mobile application, and follow the instructions wizard to add the device.

4. Use any desired functions and record the examination via the app and share the results with your healthcare provider.
